The Council of Management met on 4 October 2005 at which time Members received and discussed reports from each of its committees – Corporate Governance, Education, Finance & Strategic Policy, Standing Committee and Research.
The Council Committee Chairs for the current Council year, until July 2006, are:
- Corporate Governance: Beryl Sharlot
- Education: David Streets
- Finance & Strategic Policy: Mike Harnor
- Standing Committee Ron Radley
- Research Committee: Ingram Wright
Council also received and discussed reports on finance and the Association's investments.
On 5 October, the Council began a review of the Association's strategic plan. The current plan is scheduled to run until the end of 2006.
