May 2011
The Impact Report is "the human face" of Epilepsy Action. Raising and maintaining awareness about Epilepsy Action’s work, and bringing about permanent change for the social and medical benefit of people with epilepsy are just two of Epilepsy Action’s strategic aims.
The Impact Report is a great way to give information on our work and show exactly how we have brought about changes to the lives of our members and service users. We wanted to produce something to show the value of our work, not just the fact and stats, as in the Annual Report. A printed version will be produced annually to go alongside the Annual Report.
Has Epilepsy Action made a difference to your life?
The Impact Report will be an ever-evolving, live report, remaining on our website for many years to come. It is a great way of getting people to understand what we do and because it is online, and there is no limit to space! Plus, it tells your stories!
You can get involved by telling us how Epilepsy Action has made a difference to your life. If your life has been improved by Epilepsy Action, please contact our publications manager, Greg Smith, on 0113 210 8869, or at gsmith@epilepsy.org.uk.
