My greatest achievement is...

the way travel saw no boundaries after my temporal lobe surgery. Before the operation I had no confidence to take a bus trip to Chester alone. Within a year I not only went to Chester regularly, but even took train and boat across to Dublin to stay with some friends who were over there at college. Since then I have been to many parts of Britain, and have even had weekends in Rome and Paris alone.
