My greatest achievement is...

One of my greatest achievements is raising awareness and sponsorship money for people with epilepsy.I competed in the Woodhall Spa 10km road race last year and raised about £150 for the Epilepsy Society.Due to having another brother with epilepsy and my father having a brain tumour which was not cancerous of which we were all releived to find out after having been in hospital six weeks.When dad did the race last year he was sixty seven and completed in 48 minutes and i did it in about 44 minutes.My sister in law is doing the edinburgh marathon as she had got a place from epilepsy action and has to raise over £500 and i think she has raised more than the required amount and good luck to jo as it is this sunday.Last year at the race a friend did have a seizure during the race and could not complete the course and was very upset as i would have been to.As long as we are raising awareness and reducing the stigma no matter whether it is epilespy action or the epilepsy society.All the stories are very inspiring and i have enjoyed reading them.Thanks Andy
