My greatest achievement is...

...running my own business making and hiring wigs for TV, Film and Theatre.
Since a young age I'd wanted to work doing wigs in musical theatre and travel luckily at around 20yrs old my career took off where I moved to the west end. One night on my way home at 11pm I had my 1st seizure in Charring Cross tube station luckily I was looked after and an ambulance called.
My career continued. I did worry about having a seizure at the side of stage during a show luckily this never happened.
I then took a year out at 26 and fulfilled my dream of travelling the world I took as many drugs as I could and my friend took a surfactant amount, when I got to Australia my parents posted my next big batch for me to finish my year away, seeing some of the very poor towns around S.America and Asia makes you realise how lucky we are to have access to our medical supplies.
I came back and continued my career in the west end until I was 30 and moved to Manchester, myself and two friends now run our own company making and hiring wigs for TV, Film and Theatre. And own a shop selling specialised make-up for the industry everything from nice eyelashes to Blood!
My epilepsy has never been controlled in the 17 yrs I've had it but I've never and will never allow it to stop me in anything I do.
