Saturday 14 June 2008Novotel London St Pancras, 100-110 Euston Road, London, NW1 2AJ hotel website mapEpilepsy Action is pleased to announce that the 2008 National Conference and Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 14 June at the Novotel London St Pancras. As always the event welcomes everyone with an interest in epilepsy. This year’s conference will explore the many different ways we understand epilepsy. Our knowledge and understanding comes from medical research, in-depth social studies, focus groups and from individual experiences. People with epilepsy, their families and carers will have the chance at this year’s conference to hear from leading epilepsy experts, lend their voice to discussions on important topics and share their own experiences. During the conference the big debate will feature a lively discussion based around the motion that you need to live with the condition to understand it. The interactive sessions will focus on the experience of living with different aspects of epilepsy. Here delegates will have the opportunity to take part in stimulating discussions on such issues as memory and families. The conference is accessible for all, located in the heart of London.
