• Share our Women’s Survey with family, friends and on Facebook.
• Take an Action poster to your local GP, community centre, religious centre, residents’ association, gym or school and ask the manger to add it to their notice board.

15 minutes? You could:

• Complete an Epilepsy Action survey.

30 minutes? You could:

Aim to put five Take epilepsy action posters on public notice boards.

30 minutes and willing to share your photo and experience of being a campaign supporter?
Here at head office we are creating a new flyer and webpage to promote the Campaign Supporters Group. The flyer will go in our membership packs, and will be sent to people who want to know more about our campaigning work. It will also be used to promote the group at conferences and events.

This is your group, and we need your help to promote it to new members. For the flyer and web page, we want people to send in a photo and write a short paragraph on:

• Why you think campaigning is important 
• Why we need to raise awareness and do more for people with epilepsy 
• Why people should join the Campaign Supporters’ Group.
