The Celebration of Life book - Roger McNamara

Roger McNamara

From the very first weeks of life Roger suffered from epilepsy. He was brought up in Sotby, with his mum and five sisters, and attended the local St. Lawrence School in Horncastle and later went to Interskill, Louth.

Roger was a determined man who knew his own mind and wanted to do his best in whatever he was doing. He worked tirelessly for many years.

He loved being with people and he had many friends at Interskill, alongside his family, nieces and nephews.

Roger spent many hours drawing. He loved listening to his Country and Western music, and in the words to these songs you can sense the character and personality of Roger McNamara.
