19 September 1985 to 01 January 2000

Age 14 years. Sophie died on New Years Day as a result of SUDEP

Sophie was lovely. Much loved and admired by all who loved her.

She lived her life to the full, lately doing all the things that teenagers ‘do’. There were no complaints about her condition.

She took all the medicine, and courageously endured all the hospital tests and investigations. We miss her constantly.

Silent thoughts, tears unseen

Wishing your absence was only a dream

Forget you Sophie we never will

Wanting you here with us still.
