Russell Jones and Walker Solicitors have a free screening service for anyone who thinks they may have a claim for disability-related discrimination.
All you need to do is fill in their online questionnaire and respond to some straightforward questions. Alternatively, you may wish to email them at enquiries@rjw.co.uk.
Their solicitors will then assess your prospects of succeeding in a claim, and contact you with their opinion. The service is free and completely confidential.
Please note that Epilepsy Action is not responsible for the content of websites we link to, or that link to us.
There are other solicitor firms who may be able to help you with disability-related discrimination claims. You will find details of solicitors in your area in the local Phone Book.
We can provide references and information on the source material we use to write our epilepsy advice and information pages. Please contact our Epilepsy Helpline by email at helpline@epilepsy.org.uk.
