It’s up to you if you want your colleagues to know about your epilepsy or not. This is your choice. Bear in mind that if people already know about your epilepsy, they will usually feel more confident about helping you if you do have a seizure.

Many people with epilepsy find that by being open about their epilepsy, their colleagues have a positive attitude towards the condition. You could also ask your employer to arrange some training for your colleagues to increase awareness and understanding of epilepsy.
