This information applies to people in the UK only. If you live outside the UK, then more information about epilepsy and employment where you are will be available from your local epilepsy organisation.

If you have epilepsy, you are entitled to the same pension rights as any other employee and cannot be excluded from company schemes just because you have epilepsy. The Disability Discrimination Act covers pension services. You can get more information about pensions from The Pensions Advisory Service.
