Epilepsy information editing service
Epilepsy Action offers an epilepsy information editing service for organisations. We will only edit the information that is directly related to epilepsy, checking that it is factually correct and easy to understand.
We ask that Epilepsy Action is acknowledged as contributors to the published information. We also ask you to include contact details for Epilepsy Action, where appropriate.

Epilepsy information writing service
Epilepsy Action offers a writing service for information that is directly related to epilepsy. The information we write is based on proven facts and figures about epilepsy.
Epilepsy information will be written by a member of our Press team.
We ask that Epilepsy Action is acknowledged as writers of the published information. We also ask you to include contact details for Epilepsy Action.

Epilepsy Action resources
Epilepsy Action is a registered charity and, as such, we have a duty to use our time and resources as effectively as possible. We may decide that the work you want us to do is beyond our area of expertise, or that we don’t have the resources to carry out the work. If this is the case, we will tell you straight away.
Using our written information
All Epilepsy Action material is protected by copyright. In some circumstances we may give you permission to reproduce up to 200 words, so long as you acknowledge that the material is taken from Epilepsy Action’s website/publications. We will expect you to include contact details for the Epilepsy Helpline: freephone 0800 800 5050, text 0753 741 0044, helpline@epilepsy.org.uk, www.epilepsy.org.uk.
If you need to reproduce more than 200 words of Epilepsy Action material, you will need to have permission to do this from Epilepsy Action’s Communications Manager, Sue Mitchell, email: smitchell@epilepsy.org.uk . You will be expected to display Epilepsy Action’s logo, alongside your own, on the Epilepsy Action material you reproduce. We may charge you a fee for doing this.
