The challenge

From the capital of Scotland to the capital of Ireland, you will cycle just over 220 miles (354km) in three days! Starting in Edinburgh, the route takes you through quiet country lanes as the route heads southwest towards Troon, where you then catch the ferry to Larne. Now you can enjoy the beauty of the east coast of Ireland as you cruise the tarmac and absorb the stunning landscapes.

The cycling on this charity challenge will be just that - a challenge! But as you reach Dublin, the sense of achievement will never be forgotten as you soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the Republic of Ireland's capital city.
