No. 1 - Take part in a Reindeer Stampede

Antlers at the ready! Join Rudolph in our 5km festive fun run in Saltaire, West Yorkshire on Sunday 9 December. Register now at www.epilepsy.org.uk/reindeer. If you don’t live in Yorkshire why not take part in a local fun run and raise sponsorship for Epilepsy Action?

Spare your waistline from more chocolates. Ask your friends and family to donate to Epilepsy Action instead of giving you those chocs and socks!

Send greetings to your workmates with one of our Season’s Greetings posters. We’ve put all our favourite festive designs on a wall poster for you to put up in the office. If you fancy singing some festive songs, join us at one of our regional Christmas Carol concerts. Contact the Community fundraiser for your area to find out about events happening near you.

Get your last minute stocking fillers

Shop online with top retailers this Christmas and they will give a donation straight to Epilepsy Action. Add our ‘Give as you shop’ mall to your favourites and with a click of a button you can still buy all your favourite gifts AND raise vital funds for people with epilepsy!

No. 10 – Support our Christmas appeal

This Christmas our appeal is for the greatest Christmas gift for people with epilepsy – the gift of care. Read Samuel's story and find out how your donation can help place brand new epilepsy specialist nurses now and in 2013.

Want a new mobile this Christmas? If you get one, you can donate your old one to us. Along with left over holiday money, stamps from your Christmas mail and even your old car, they can all help to raise vital funds. Find out how your unwanted stuff can help and start recycling now!

No. 12 – Change a life with your New Year's resolution

Make your New Year’s resolution a life changing one. Resolve to save £1 a week in our home money box and by next Christmas you’ll be able to donate over £50 to support people with epilepsy. Or why not sign up to take part in one of our fundraising events in 2013? Challenge yourself and raise vital funds for people with epilepsy at the same time!
