Ethicall

For over three years Epilepsy Action has employed the services of Ethicall to help with its UK membership services. Ethicall provides a professional, friendly team of callers, specialising in making calls on behalf of charities. They receive regular training on epilepsy awareness and the services of our charity, directly from Epilepsy Action, before they make any calls to our supporters. 
 
The team at Ethicall provide a timely and cost effective way for us to contact our supporters, often in the evenings and at weekends. It has also proved a simple and convenient way for supporters to renew or take up membership.
 
We make sure that all details passed to and from Ethicall are done securely and in line with data protection laws. Only the necessary details are provided and do not include personal, medical or financial details.
 
So, if you live in the UK and receive a call from the team at Ethicall it’s probably to invite you to join or renew membership or to set up regular support. They will invite you to do so by direct debit, which will help Epilepsy Action save on administration costs. This makes sure that more of your valuable subscriptions and donations go to our services for people living with epilepsy.

We write to UK members just before renewal and if we don’t hear from them, only then do we telephone them. If you prefer not to receive calls from Ethicall, just let us know. It would still help us if you set up your renewal by direct debit, which you can do online or by calling our membership department on 0113 210 8800.
