Epilepsy Action employs the services of Relationship Marketing to help us spread the word about our services for people with epilepsy and our need for donations.

Telephone calls from Relationship Marketing 

Relationship Marketing, based in Dunfermline, are a professional, friendly team of callers, specialising in making calls on behalf of charities. In the calls, we tell people about Epilepsy Action’s services and our need for support. The team receive regular training on epilepsy and the services of our charity, directly from Epilepsy Action, before they make any telephone calls.

Telephone fundraising is mainly done at weekends and in evenings. Employing the services of specialist telephone fundraisers in this way is the most time and cost effective way for us to contact people.

Any personal details passed between Epilepsy Action and Relationship Marketing are transferred securely and in full compliance with data protection laws. Only the necessary details are provided.

Home money boxes or regular gifts

If you receive a call from the team at Relationship Marketing you will be invited to take one of our home money boxes or to make a regular gift. Both of these ways of giving are vital to the services Epilepsy Action provides for people with epilepsy. A gift by direct debit also helps Epilepsy Action save on administration costs.
