Share your special day

Congratulations on your forthcoming special day!

Whatever your special occasion, whether it’s a birthday, wedding, anniversary or Christmas, you really can make it a day to remember by helping us to help people living with epilepsy.

PresentsWedding list and civil partnership giving

If the thought of receiving yet another toaster doesn’t appeal to you, why not consider requesting your family and friends give a donation to Epilepsy Action instead of presents?

You can do this by registering online at either Wedding List Giving or Civil Partnership Giving, and selecting Epilepsy Action as your chosen charity. Guests will then be able to make donations to Epilepsy Action online and leave personal messages to you on your dedicated page. You will also receive inserts to send with your invitations enabling your guests to make donations by cheque if they would prefer.

Birthdays, wedding anniversaries and other special occasions

If you have a special birthday or wedding anniversary approaching, and you feel fortunate enough to already have everything you need, why not consider requesting donations to Epilepsy Action instead of presents?

Harry and KathKath and Harry’s granddaughter has a severe form of epilepsy so when they recently celebrated their golden wedding anniversary with family and friends they didn’t hesitate in asking for donations to be given to Epilepsy Action instead of gifts.

The donations came to a very generous £650.
Harry commented “we were delighted that everyone has given so generously”. Because they also used Epilepsy Action’s gift aid envelopes to collect the donations, we will be able to make their donation worth even more!

Our thanks and congratulations go to Kath and Harry and their family and friends for such a wonderful gift that will make a difference.

You can do this by registering online on the Anniversary Giving website, and selecting Epilepsy Action as your chosen charity. Guests will then be able to make donations to Epilepsy Action online and leave personal messages to you on your dedicated page. You will also receive inserts to send with your invitations enabling family and friends to make donations by cheque if they would prefer.
