Bill Bailey"I love tea, but every 4th cup is quite special and it's the one you don't want to leave half finished so take it with you to the car or down the street!" |

Victoria Wood“Epilepsy Action’s National Tea Break is one of my favourite charity events of the year. What better way to raise money for a good cause than to sit around drinking tea and eating cake? “If you are anything like me, you’ll whip up a nice Victoria sponge, put it in a rusty cake tin and forget about it! Or you could put the kettle on, invite all your friends round and charge them for a slice. It’s all in a good cause.” Victoria Wood |

Sir Cliff Richard"You'll rarely find me turning down the offer of a 'cuppa'! "Tea bags will do although, as I've got older, I now definitely prefer the 'real' stuff. For me, the best is English Breakfast mixed with a Ceylon Afternoon – and milk in the cup first, please! If I'm really picky, it's best to pour from a reasonable height – it helps achieve the perfect temperature. “(Oh, and no sugar for me, thanks!)" Sir Cliff Richard, OBE |

Julie Hesmondhalgh“I love tea and drink it by the gallon-full!
“On a normal day I'll probably have about seven cups before Best wishes, Julie Hesmondhalgh x |

Rosemary Conley“Much to everyone’s surprise I am not a great water drinker but I am a great fan of a cup of tea! I take it weak and white with a spoonful of sugar which keeps up my energy levels throughout the day. I probably drink ten cups a day and enjoy every mouthful! I drink regular tea and really dislike the flavoured ones. “Tea is a hydrating drink and not dehydrating as often reported. I think it is a very healthy drink.” Rosemary Conley |

Alan Coxon
“As a child, Sunday tea would always consist of my grandmother's Victoria sponge, lightly spread with homemade jam from the fruits picked from the back garden; you simply couldn’t have any Alan Coxon |

Jo Brand“I do drink a lot of tea, the more 'boiled boots' the better. I prefer it loose – you can't trust those pesky erforations – and it should always be hot and steamy... “Love tea, and love a bit of cake with it, of course... All the extremely very best, Jo Brand x |

Brian Turner CBE“An Englishman's home is his castle and a Yorkshire man’s moment of peace is his tea break. What a wonderful way to raise funds and help others, sharing fellowship with friends and colleagues in a 'humungous' Tea Break.” Brian Turner, CBE |
