- Temp: 180 degress C in centre of oven

Time: approx. 1 hour
Cake
Ingredients

4oz margarine
-
6oz sugar
-
6oz self-raising flour
-
2oz drinking chocolate
-
2 eggs
-
2 egg-cupfuls boiling milk
-
1 egg-cupful boiling water
Method
-
Cream margarine and sugar together.
-
Add beaten eggs.

Fold in flour and drinking chocolate.

Finally add boiling water and milk.
Filling
Ingredients

2oz butter
-
2oz drinking chocolate
-
4oz icing sugar
-
1 dessertspoon of sherry
-
1 dessertspoon of black coffee
Method
-
Mix all ingredients together
-
Cut the cake when cold and spread filling
Topping
Melt about 10 pieces of chocolate and spread on top of cake
