How much should I charge?
This is completely up to you. However, try to think about how much money your guests would spend on an average night out at a restaurant. Why not use this as a guide for your minimum donation?
How do I pay the money in?
Once you have collected all the money raised, please send it to us as soon as possible.
By post:
Please do not send cash in the post. Send a cheque, postal order or CAF Voucher (made payable to ‘Epilepsy Action’) to the following address:
The Big Eat,
Epilepsy Action,
New Anstey House,
Gate Way Drive,
Yeadon,
Leeds,
LS19 7XY,
United Kingdom
Online:
You can pay your donation online. Please remember to include a brief description of which event your donation is for in the box provided.
Over the phone:
You can also pay your donation over the telephone with a valid debit or credit card by contacting the events team on +44 (0)113 210 8800.
At the bank:
You can pay your donation directly into our bank account. Please contact the events team on +44 (0)113 210 8800 for more information on how to do this.
When is the best time to hold my Big Eat?
You can hold your Big Eat whenever is easy and most convenient for you. However please remember to let us and your guests know which date you are planning to hold it.
