BBC Radio 4 Book of the Week: ‘The Music Room’ by William Fiennes

This week’s Book of the Week on BBC Radio Four is ‘The Music Room’ by William Fiennes.  It's his account of his “magical childhood” in a moated castle in which he grew up with his older brother with severe epilepsy.

The story is being told in five parts.  As we’re a couple of days late telling you about it, you can catch up with the first three parts on the BBC iPlayer.  It’s being broadcast each morning this week (until Friday) at 9.45am, and again at half past midnight.
