National Service Framework for Long Term Conditions – Review

2 December, 2009

In 2005, the Department of Health launched the National Service Framework for Long Term Conditions. This publication set out a programme for ten years to provide the best care for people with long-term conditions.

We understand there will be a review of how successful this has been, halfway through its ten year period. An on-line survey has been made to gather as many opinions as possible.

Epilepsy Action will be sending an organisation response. However if individuals would like to contribute, you can do so by going to http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/D9V5K3M

The survey will close on December 8.
