The UK Yellow Card scheme is a scheme run by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). This agency uses the scheme to collect reports from people taking drugs like anti-epileptic drugs to build information about side-effects.
The MHRA have identified a problem with the Yellow card scheme, whereby reports sent in by people have been returned to sender. If you have sent a Yellow card to the MHRA and have either had the card returned or have not received a reply, the MHRA would like to hear from you.
