Bracknell woman pulls on walking shoes for epilepsy charity

A Bracknell woman is pulling on her walking shoes for charity. Mia Brown is hosting a walk for national charity Epilepsy Action to support the 600,000 people with epilepsy across the UK.

Mia, 24, has organised the six kilometre walk at Dinton Pastures Country Park on Saturday 29 September at 10:00am. The walk is open to everyone and is suitable for all ages and abilities. Dog owners are also welcome to bring their dogs.

Epilepsy information day in Chelmsford

Epilepsy Action, the UK’s largest member-led epilepsy organisation, is hosting an advice and information day for people affected by epilepsy in Chelmsford and the surrounding area.

The event will take place on 22 September from 9.00am until 5.00pm at High Chelmer Shopping Precinct, Chelmsford. There will be an information stand, and members of Epilepsy Action’s Mid Essex Branch will be available to talk about issues relating to epilepsy.

Free information evening in Chichester for families and children affected by epilepsy

Epilepsy Action, the UK’s largest member-led epilepsy organisation, is hosting an event to support the families and children with epilepsy. The aim of the event is to help people understand the condition.

The event will take place on 9 July from 7.00pm until 9.30pm at St Pancras Church (at junction of East Street and St Pancras) St Pancras, Chichester.
