We exist to improve the lives
of everyone affected by epilepsy

Best foot forward (County Tyrone)

18 April, 2007

Siobhan Kee from County Tyrone, will be taking part in the Belfast Marathon on Monday May 7 in aid of Epilepsy Action, the UK’s leading member led epilepsy charity.

This is the first year that Siobhan will be taking on the gruelling 26.2 mile challenge.

Siobhan says: “My niece has epilepsy so I would really like to raise money and awareness for Epilepsy Action as I know how much the charity can help people living with the condition. This is also a personal challenge for me, as I have never done anything like this so it will be a real achievement.”

The money raised by Siobhan will help fund vital advice and information services provided by the charity. Epilepsy Action has a network of branches across the UK and now directly helps more than 550,000 people every year.
