A free public seminar on epilepsy is being held on Thursday April 19 2007 by Epilepsy Action, the UK’s leading member-led epilepsy charity.
The seminar, from 7.00pm until 9.00pm at the Killyhevlin Hotel, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, will give an overview of epilepsy and treatment.
Morina Clarke, Epilepsy Action’s regional services manager for Northern Ireland, will lead the meeting. Dr Victor Patterson, consultant neurologist will talk about epilepsy and treatment as well as his pioneering work on telemedicine in Northern Ireland. Ena Bingham, a Sapphire nurse, will talk about her role as an epilepsy nurse specialist.
