The Llanelli branch of Epilepsy Action is holding advice and information days on Monday May 12 and Tuesday May 13 from 9:30am–3:30pm at Prince Philip Hospital, Brygwynmawr, Dafen, Llanelli.
The aim of the friendly and informal day is to provide advice and information on epilepsy to anyone with an interest in the condition, and to raise awareness of the support available for people in the Carmarthenshire area.
Ann Reynolds, Epilepsy Action's regional services manager for Wales, said: “The event is aimed at people living with epilepsy, along with their family, carers and friends. Epilepsy Action staff and volunteers will be available to give out information and answer epilepsy-related questions in confidence.”
Epilepsy Action, the UK’s largest member-led epilepsy organisation, has an extensive network of branches throughout the UK. The Llanelli branch meets at 6:00pm-8:00pm on the second Wednesday of every month at the Community First Building opposite Llanelli train station.
