A Bognor Regis man is taking part in the Brighton Marathon to raise vital funds for Epilepsy Action, the UK’s largest member-led epilepsy charity.
Benjamin Tinker, 33 will be joining thousands to attempt the challenging 26.2 mile run on Sunday 18 April. The route around the city and along the coast will be generally fast and reasonably flat.
Benjamin said: “I work with people with learning disabilities and many have epilepsy. I also have several friends affected by the condition so I’d like to do my bit to help. This will be a personal challenge to me too as I’ve only ever run half marathons before.”
Benjamin hopes to raise £400 to help support the 456,000 people living with epilepsy in the UK.
