Rowena Trevor, from Shrewsbury, will be holding a Black and White Valentine’s Ball in aid of Epilepsy Action, the UK’s leading member led epilepsy charity.
The ball will be held at Turn Hill Hall Hotel, Market Drayton, on Friday February 15 at 7:30pm until 1.00am. Cocktails will be served on arrival. The event will include a performance from professional ballroom dancers, a charity auction, a disco and a raffle with prizes being donated by local businesses.
Speaking from the heart Rowena said: “If the money raised helps just one person I have done what I set out to achieve. I want to be able to give back some of the help I have received from Epilepsy Action around the time of my operation.”
Tickets for the event will be £25. For more information and details about the event contact Rowena Trevor on 01743 464432. Rowena hopes to raise a minimum of £3000 or Epilepsy Action so is appealing for local support.
The money raised by Rowena will help fund vital advice and information services provided by Epilepsy Action, the UK’s leading member-led epilepsy charity. The charity now directly helps more than 660,000 people every year. For more information, please visit www.epilepsy.org.uk.
