A comprehensive package for total peace of mind
Many people with epilepsy have had great difficulty obtaining life assurance. This is why Epilepsy Action joined together with Tyfin Capital Planning Ltd, an Independent Financial Adviser, to launch a simplified Level Term or Decreasing Term Life Assurance Scheme to provide cover for people with epilepsy and their families.
This scheme is available to members of Epilepsy Action who are aged between 18 and 70 years of age and are residents in the UK.
The benefits of our Life Assurance policy include:
- No medical is automatically required, providing you can answer a few simple questions, irrespective of occupation, smoking habits or diagnosis of epilepsy
- Guaranteed pay out on death of £10,000 to £250,000
- Highly competitive premiums
The contract can stay level offering you the same benefits throughout or can decrease over time or provide death benefits only. The policy will not provide any surplus monies at the end of the policy term nor will it ever acquire a surrender value. Cover is subject to acceptance by the underwriters after completion of a proposal form. It is still possible that you may be eligible for cover on standard terms.
