Council of Management meeting - May 2017

The Council of Management met on 9 May. Annual reports were received from each of Council’s Committees and all their terms of reference were reviewed. It was decided to renew each Committee for another 12 months.

Council also reviewed its own objectives for the year, its key performance indicators and it carried out its quarterly review of the top risks that the charity is exposed to. The final part of the meeting was occupied with Council’s annual performance appraisal discussion. At the end of the meeting, members expressed their good wishes to Jenny Jamnadas-Khoda and Carl Graham. Jenny has recently resigned from the Council after four years’ service as she and her family are relocating to Stockholm, Sweden. For Carl, this was his last Council meeting before stepping down from Council at the AGM in June.
