Finance and Personnel Administration

Finance Manager: Tony Spinks

The team that manages all the day to day recording and reporting of Epilepsy Action’s financial transactions.

The team is also responsible for personnel management across the organisation.

Daily banking

We process all cash and cheques sent to New Anstey House on a daily basis, ensuring that all income is properly allocated, for example membership subscriptions, fundraising, raffles etc.

Personnel Management

The personnel function has a broad role from developing our personnel policies and ensuring that our staff are kept happy and able to do their work, to day to day personnel administration. This includes recruiting staff.

BEA Trading

We are also responsible for recording and reporting the financial transaction of the charity’s trading subsidiary – BEA Trading Limited.

Financial reporting

We produce timely and accurate reports to enable management to monitor the charity’s financial progress against budget.
