This survey is an opportunity for people with epilepsy to have an impact on the future of neurological services in Wales.
The closing date for the survey is Monday 6 January 2014.
The Welsh Government recently published its draft delivery plan for neurological conditions. This document describes what treatment and care will be like for people with neurological conditions in Wales up to 2016. The plan covers a range of conditions, including epilepsy.
The Wales Neurological Alliance (WNA) brings together 32 organisations from the voluntary sector who are concerned with supporting people with neurological conditions, including Epilepsy Action. The WNA want to improve the lives of those affected by neurological conditions by raising awareness of their needs for better health services.
The WNA want to make sure that the delivery plan is suitable, and meets the needs of people with neurological conditions. To do this, they have written a survey so that they can collect the views of the people this plan will affect.
It’s really important that the views of people with epilepsy in Wales are heard. You can complete the WNA’s survey by downloading the word document below, or contacting us to receive a paper copy of the form.
