Phoebe Dingwall is an Edinburgh born, Scottish painter, living in France. She studied at the Ecole des Beaux Arts, Paris, after having been awarded a Master of Fine Art at the Royal Academy of Art, London. Before this, she was awarded a Bachelor of Fine Art from Oxford university (Balliol college), studying drawing and painting at the Ruskin School of Fine Art. Her recent paintings are inspired by places and people and she uses colour to denote mood.
