I think it's important that people can see what happens and understand epilepsy more.

I think alot of people's ignorance isn't down to them being bad people, but a lack of knowledge and understanding.

I usually have absenses however when I did have a tonic clonic i think it's officially called, I bit right into my tongue as you can see, and I am still scarred on my tongue where you can see the teeth marks.

I was very lucky to land on a bed, so I know it could have been much much worse :-)
