Study title
Understanding the challenges and impact of parenting with epilepsy: A focus on mothers

Institution:
University of Birmingham (School of Psychology), UK

About the study
In this study we wish to better understand issues that affect parenting in women with epilepsy. The study will examine the issues experienced by women with epilepsy by conducting interviews and focus groups. We will ask about women’s experience of pregnancy, parenting and the information they received. We plan to use this to update the information that is provided to women by healthcare providers and other support organisations. This study will also help us to plan future research regarding parenting and epilepsy.

When will this study be recruiting?
Recruitment is taking place from July 2015 until December 2015.
