    Join other young people affected by epilepsy at Cattle Country Adventure Farm Park to have fun, make memories and share experiences.

    This family fun evening will bring together children who have epilepsy to enjoy a whole range of farm themed activities with their families. Parents and carers can meet epilepsy healthcare professionals, Epilepsy Action volunteers and staff to find information and support.

    Leave with a big smile on your face, a sense of achievement and knowing you are not alone.

    Join other families living with epilepsy to play a range of sports or craft activities. There will be options including football, netball, badminton, tennis or a variety of craft activities.

    Leon Legge who plays professionally for Port Vale will be providing football tips and talking about his own epilepsy to inspire the next generation.

    Join in on the fun and games and learn new skills with some of the professional coaches.

    You can get information and resources on epilepsy including our new kids pack. Meet epilepsy specialist nurses and other families living with epilepsy to share experiences and get support from each other.

    This sports day is for families living with epilepsy. We recognise that epilepsy affects the whole family regardless of whether it is the adult or child who has epilepsy

    Join other families living with epilepsy at our family day in London to have fun, make memories and share experiences.

    Families living with epilepsy will come together to enjoy a whole range of sports, games and crafts with their families including football, netball, juggling and cycling.

    Short workshops will bring children of similar ages together to break the ice and learn more about epilepsy. Then the fun and games begin. Activities will be available for the whole family to join in regardless of your age. You will be able to make friends and enjoy the day, safe in the knowledge help is on hand. The coaches, some of whom have epilepsy themselves, will encourage you to have a go and inspire you to achieve your potential.

    Parents and carers will have the opportunity to meet other families, share stories and support each other. Epilepsy healthcare professionals, Epilepsy Action volunteers and staff will be available to provide further information and advice. First aiders will be on hand at the event to help if needed.

    Join in the penalty shootout, cycling challenge and space hopper races. Leave with a big smile on your face, having had lots of fun and knowing you are not alone.
