All local branch and group face to face meetings and activities have been suspended.
We realise that many people rely on their group meetings and activities for information and support. Some of our groups are offering information and support through local virtual groups, using Zoom.
The Solihull coffee and chat group meets virtually as part of the West Midlands virtual group on the second Thursday of the month, 7.30pm - 9pm. You can sign up to hear from us about this.
If you cannot attend the local virtual group meeting, you may be interested in our general virtual groups. These are open to anyone living in the UK. They are a great way of connecting with others who have experience of epilepsy, in a safe and relaxed environment.
If you cannot access support through a virtual group, or would like to speak to someone about epilepsy, our trained advisers are here to help. We offer confidential and personal advice through our helpline.
Live in the Solihull area? Meet other people living with epilepsy in a relaxed setting. Our Solihull coffee and chat group meets on the last Thursday of every month 12pm-2pm.
This is an informal event where you can come along, meet other people with epilepsy and Epilepsy Action staff. We aim to bring together anyone affected by epilepsy to share their experiences and reduce isolation and provide a point of contact for people living in the Solihull area.
