Join others affected by epilepsy at this family adventure day to have fun, make memories and share experiences.
This family day full of fun outdoor and indoor activities will bring together children and young people aged 3-18. Parents and carers can meet epilepsy healthcare professionals, Epilepsy Action volunteers and staff to find information and support.
Leave with a big smile on your face, a sense of achievement and knowing you are not alone.
Your child can forget about their epilepsy as they make friends and have fun, safe in the knowledge help is on hand.
Children from aged 3 to 18 can take part in:
- Entering the enchanted wood barn
- Getting caught in the wild web
- Enjoy time on the giant jumping trampoline
- Try out the barefoot trail
- Enter the tunnel warren
- Try out the tree tops
- Have a go on the little green run slide
- Go on the moon carts
- Try out the huge water slides
- Go on the enchanted river slide
- Try the green dragon roller coaster
- Den building
- Long bow archery
- Face painting and more
There will be opportunities to meet other families and enjoy the activities on offer. Activities will take place under the supervision of qualified staff and full safety equipment will be provided. They will support children to take part fully and every child can do the activities they feel safe to do. First aiders will be on hand at the event.
Young brothers and sisters can also take part in games, get their faces painted and enjoy circus skills and den making.

There are events and sessions for parents/carers and brothers and sisters under 3.
Parents and carers need to be at the event all day. They must stay with and supervise any younger family members while the older children participate in the activities with instructors.
Bring your own packed lunch for the family.
Please wear suitable clothing and bring a change of clothing if necessary.
