Easy-read epilepsy diary

24 Sep 2012

A new easy-read epilepsy diary is being trialled in West Sussex, designed for people with epilepsy and learning difficulties. It will help them to easily record their seizures so that their condition can be better monitored. It will also help them record any other information they may be asked for during medical appointments.

The new initiative was recently presented at the West Sussex Health Day for People with Learning Difficulties. It was organised by the Learning Difficulties Partnership Board, which is jointly funded by West Sussex County Council and NHS Sussex. Find out more about the project online.
