European internet course for young people with epilepsy announced

6 Jun 2001

The second EYiE (Epilepsy and Youth in Europe) Internet course is to be held in German city on Bielefeld in August.

The course, supported by the European Union, is open to young people with epilepsy or their brothers or sisters. In principle the age range is between 15 and 25 years but 'young people' over 25 are also acceptable at the discretion of the organisers.

The course includes seminars in beginners and advanced web design, chat room skills, writing HTML, team development, writing press releases and liaising with journalists.

Applications are being accepted from young people across Europe. Full details of the course, the costs and how to apply for a place can be found at the EYiE website.
