Nominations for the Epilepsy Action awards

The Epilepsy Action awards celebrate the UK's epilepsy heroes. From brilliant doctors to amazing Epilepsy Action volunteers, we want to know who has made a real difference to your life with epilepsy. There are categories for schools and people who work hard to raise money to support Epilepsy Action's work too. The nominations are open until 12 July 2019.
