15 Oct 2013

Tea lovers in Witham are being invited to take a break and enjoy a cuppa and a slice of cake, all in the name of charity.

Witham resident Janet Hawkes is holding a National Tea and Cake Break to raise funds and awareness for Epilepsy Action. The charity aims to support the 13,600 people with epilepsy in Essex.

The event will be held on Friday 18 October from 2.00pm to 4.00pm at Witham Methodist Church, Guithavon Street. Tea, coffee and cake will be on offer as well as gifts including potted plants and artists’ cards.
