COVID-19 and physical activity and mental health survey

What’s it about?

Researchers are hoping to better understand the impact of COVID-19 and government restrictions on the physical activity and mental health of adults living with long term conditions in the UK. The aim of this study is to assess the impact of physical distancing/self-isolation/shielding on physical activity and mental health, as well as barriers/facilitators to physical activity.

Am I eligible to take part?

To participate, you must be:

  • aged 18 years or over
  • living with at least one long-term condition, such as epilepsy
  • living in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland)

What will I have to do?

Complete an online questionnaire, which will take approximately 20 minutes. The questionnaire will need to be completed in one go, as the data will not save until you submit this at the end.
