Trileptal (oxcarbazepine) stock

Novartis, the manufacturers of Trileptal (oxcarbazepine), have told us that Trileptal 600mg tablets are now available.

Trileptal 300mg tablets are still out of stock and are expected back in stock later this month.

 

Update on 16 June 2023

Novartis, the manufacturers of Trileptal (oxcarbazepine), have told us that Trileptal oral suspension is now available.

Trileptal 600mg tablets are still out of stock and are expected back in stock mid-July 2023. Trileptal 150mg tablets are in stock.

The Department of Health and Social Care have also confirmed that Trileptal 300mg tablets will be out of stock from late June until mid-July 2023.  They say that generic oxcarbazepine 300mg and 600mg tablets remain available and can support increased demand.

If you have any concerns about your medicine supply or taking a different version of your medicine, speak to your doctor or pharmacist.

 

Update on 09 June 2023

Novartis, the manufacturers of Trileptal (oxcarbazepine), have provided an update on the stock of Trileptal.

  • Trileptal 150mg tablets are now back in stock.
  • Trileptal 600mg tablets are currently out of stock and are expected back in stock in July 2023.
  • Trileptal Oral Suspension is currently out of stock and is expected back in stock by the end of June 2023.

Novartis, the manufacturers of Trileptal (oxcarbazepine), have informed us that Trileptal 150mg tablets are currently out of stock. They were not able to confirm when they will be back in stock.

Novartis have confirmed that other strengths and formulations of Trileptal remain in stock. Other manufacturer versions of oxcarbazepine are also available.
