Llanelli epilepsy group shows its generosi-tea

The Llanelli Branch of national charity, Epilepsy Action, is preparing to put the kettle on for the charity's annual National Tea Break. The branch will host a tea break at Robert Davies Court, Pontarddulais, from 10.30am to 12.30pm on Friday 23 October. Tea and cake will be available in return for a donation and branch members have arranged a raffle and a bric-a-brac stall. The event has been organised as part of Epilepsy Action’s seventh National Tea Break. National Tea Break aims to raise vital funds to help support the 456,000 people living with epilepsy in the UK. 

Professionals speak at Belfast epilepsy conference

National charity Epilepsy Action is holding a conference in Belfast on Saturday 26 September to support people with epilepsy.

The conference will take place at the Holiday Inn, Ormeau Avenue, from 10.00am to 4.00pm.  The conference will provide an opportunity for people with epilepsy and their families to update themselves on the latest developments.  It will also provide an opportunity to meet other people with the condition and to meet Epilepsy Action representatives. Lunch and refreshments will be provided and there is access to free literature about many aspects of epilepsy.
