We understand how upsetting it can be to get letters or emails in the name of someone who has died.
If we’ve been in touch with someone close to you who has died recently, please complete this form.
Let us know so we can cancel any Direct Debits and close records so you don’t receive any correspondence in your loved one’s name.
Ways to remember your loved one
-
Set up an online tribute page
A tribute page is an online space that you can set up to honour the life of a loved one. The tribute can be fully personalised – family and friends can come together to share photos, videos and memories
A Tribute Fund page can be fully personalised with photos, music and videos. People visiting the page can contribute by making donations, lighting candles, leaving messages, uploading photos or leaving virtual gifts.

Funeral donations
We can send you funeral envelopes to use for a funeral or memorial service, making it easy for friends and family to donate on the day of the funeral.
Funeral Directors are usually happy to collect the envelopes and send them back on your behalf. Using the envelopes could raise up to 25% more as Epilepsy Action can claim Gift Aid.
We can also send you a personalised QR code to add to the order of service. This will help you see the total raised in your loved one’s memory.
Complete the form to request envelopes or personalised QR code.

Make a donation in memory
For people who have lost a loved one due to epilepsy, making donations can be a meaningful way to pay tribute to that person’s life, while helping others who need support.

Fundraise in memory of your loved one
We recognise the importance of remembering and celebrating your loved one.
One of the ways many people choose to do this is by holding or taking part in an event in memory of their loved one.
Register your event and we will send you a fundraising pack, including a t-shirt and guide containing many ideas.
