Brighton man goes the extra mile for epilepsy charity

A Brighton man is taking part in the Brighton Marathon to raise vital funds for Epilepsy Action, the UK’s largest member-led epilepsy charity.

Craig Woodman, 36, will be joining thousands to attempt the challenging 26.2 mile run on Sunday 18 April. The route around the city and along the coast will be generally fast and reasonably flat. Craig is taking part to support his friend’s son who has recently been diagnosed with epilepsy.

Professionals speak at a ‘women and epilepsy’ seminar in Chelmsford

Epilepsy Action, the UK’s largest member-led epilepsy organisation, is hosting a seminar in response to many queries about the way epilepsy affects women.

The event will take place on Saturday 17 April at County Hotel, Rainsford Road, Chelmsford, from 9.15am to 1.00pm and is open to anyone with epilepsy, or anyone with an interest in the condition.

Bognor Regis man takes on marathon challenge for epilepsy charity
