Volunteer jumps for Epilepsy Action (Rusper, West Sussex)

Stuart Withers from Rusper, West Sussex, will be taking part in a parachute jump in aid of Epilepsy Action, the UK’s leading member-led epilepsy charity. The jump will take place in Maidstone on Saturday May 5.

Stuart says: “I have epilepsy and I am an accredited volunteer for Epilepsy Action so I know how vital all the money is that people raise for them. This is something I have always wanted to do so I thought it would be a great opportunity to have fun and raise money for a charity that means a lot to me.”

Marathon challenge for family (Kidlington, Oxford)

Linda Brooks from Kidlington, Oxford, will be taking part in the Flora London Marathon on 22 April 2007 to raise funds for Epilepsy Action, the UK’s largest member led epilepsy organisation.

This is the first year that Linda has taken part in the Flora London Marathon challenge and she will be tackling the gruelling 26.2 miles for a charity that is close to her heart.

Pounding The Pavements For Epilepsy (Hook, Hampshire)

Andrea Large from Hook, Hampshire, will be taking part in the Flora London Marathon on 22 April 2007 to raise funds for Epilepsy Action, the UK’s largest member led epilepsy organisation.

This is the first year that Andrea who is in the Royal Air Force based at RAF Odiham has taken part in the Flora London Marathon challenge and she will be tackling the gruelling 26.2 miles for a charity that is close to her heart.
